Appointments

To allow adequate time for all patients and scheduled surgeries, we prefer to operate by appointment. However, walk-ins will be accommodated as time permits. We make a sincere effort to see each client in a timely manner, and would appreciate a phone call if you find that you will be unable to make it to your appointment at the scheduled time. 

We offer a wide range of available appointment times to meet your needs including late evenings on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Saturday morning appointments. In the event that your schedule conflicts with the available appointment times, you may wish to take advantage of our drop-off services. You may leave your pet with us for examination and treatment, and pick them up later in the day. There is no additional charge for this service. 

Should an emergency occur outside our normal hours, we use the services of the Veterinary Specialty Hospital of the Carolinas. They are a fully staffed and equipped emergency facility. The Veterinary Specialty Hospital is located at 6405-100 Tryon Rd near the corner of Cary Parkway and Tryon roads in Cary; their phone number is 233-4911.
